Order Exchanges

In order to facilitate a seamless transaction, we kindly ask you to review your order details meticulously, including size, design, and quantity, before finalizing your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for inaccuracies in these selections. Nonetheless, you have the option to cancel your order within a 24-hour window and place a new one with the correct specifications. Order Cancellations

Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement

You have the ability to cancel your order within 24 hours of its placement. Beyond this timeframe, the order may have already undergone processing, thereby rendering cancellation unfeasible. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility: Within 30 days of delivery

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Subsequent to this period, the order is deemed final and refunds are no longer an option. Returns and refunds are permissible under the following circumstances: if the item arrives damaged or broken, if the received product varies in design, size, or material from the original order, if an incorrect item is received, or if the product significantly deviates from its description. Conversely, items that are ineligible for return or refund include those that have been worn, washed, or altered; defective items unless the defect is attributed to our oversight; items lacking original tags; and items with minor fixable thread issues. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Claim Requirements

When filing a refund claim, please furnish a shipping label/receipt, proof of purchase, evidence of defects, and any relevant communications such as email screenshots. 

Return and Refund Process

It is essential to adhere to the instructions provided and dispatch the package only upon receipt of a confirmation email containing the return address. Please supply the carrier’s tracking number for any returned items. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of our receipt of the return. Upon confirmation of receipt by email, we will issue a full refund encompassing the original shipping costs. Should there be any delays in the refund process beyond 10-15 days, we recommend liaising with your bank or credit card company. Our return policy remains effective for 30 days from the delivery date. Items may be returned or exchanged within this timeframe, with customers bearing the shipping expenses.
